Welcome to the website of A Day in the Country! 
 
Remember all that stuff we said about the end of an era, no more storefront - well, we missed you too much so we are coming back!!!
 
The new store at 175 E. Main Street in Stoughton (in between The Next Generation and Cheesers, 1/2 block away from Fosdal's Bakery, yum) is up and running!  We have many of the same types of gift items, but with a fresh look since we got to start from scratch.
 
Hours are Thursday - Saturday, 10:00 - 5:00, or by appointment.  
 
The group classes have been so much fun for me!  I am focusing on Locker Hooking classes right now and have increased the number scheduled as we begin 2013.  Click on the button at the left called "Class Schedule".  There you will find the names and descriptions of all classes, but only Locker Hooking will be offered in January and February.  You can register for any class by "purchasing" the class (then pay through paypal), or you can send us an email and pay by check. 
 
If you are interested in the Rug Punching, send me a message or stop by the store and I will give you a one-on-one tutorial.
 
And, YES, WE ARE STILL SELLING YARN AND RUG PUNCH PATTERNS AND SUPPLIES ONLINE.
